Types of Yoga Workshops


Yoga Nidra

An ancient technique to awaken the state of consciousness by inducing guided meditation. It’s a state between deep sleep and fully awake. 

A methodical way of moving one’s attention from the external world to the internal world. It is believed 30mins of yog nidra can give relaxation equal to 2-4 hours.

Trataka

A form of meditation, also popularly known as ‘concentrated meditation.’ Tratake was initially used to purify the mind from distractions, promote focused concentration, and strengthen the eye muscles.

Practitioners of Trataka stare into a candle flame for as long as possible without blinking.

Jal Neti

Jalneti yoga is a kriya that involves purifying the human body through the nostrils. This kriya consists in pouring water from one nostril and flushing it out from another using a Jalneti Pot.

Jal neti pot is readily available on e-commerce sites. This is a guided practice for beginners. It is essential to learn the technique of Jalneti yoga from experts to experience satisfactory results.

  • We conduct a workshop every 15days 
  • It is conducted via online and offline
  • Workshop is chargeable for new and existing students 
  • You can enrol ONLY for workshops 
  • It is an hour long session
  • Jalneti Workshop: For those taking offline session, collect Jalneti Pot from TYS team and for those taking online classes, pls arrange for one yourself.
