A lifestyle program is crafted to help shift the way we think, our habits, diet, thoughts, and general way of life. This teaches you to make appropriate lifestyle choices in a way that brings inner peace, satisfaction, and a sense of fulfillment for yourself.
Practicing lifestyle yoga reduces the effects of stress hormones by relaxing and lowering blood pressure, improving heart rate, and boosting the immune system and process of digestion.

This is a group class. A detailed evaluation of physical and mental state is conducted before starting the program. Daily progress is monitored by teachers via update sessions conducted through Zoom or Whatsapp.
