Built upon the foundation of developing inner awareness and merging knowledge, teachings, and the PRACTICAL USE OF SCRIPTURE INTO OUR EVERYDAY EXISTENCE, enabling us to stay healthy while fulfilling our life's purpose and experiencing inner peace.


The Traditional Yoga Studio is a combination of Kundalini Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Flow Yoga, and Vinyasa yoga, where each student is provided with right kind of tools to carve their individual growth and build their practice that is UNIQUE TO THEM under the guidance and support of Dharmendra Soni.


TYS is a space where geography doesn’t hinder learning; we have online yoga in India, yoga in Singapore, yoga in UK, yoga in USA, and all over the globe.  We’re virtual(ly) everywhere!
