This is a group class. Classes are divided into many parts such as theory, physical yoga, cleansing practices and more. A detailed evaluation of physical and mental state is conducted before starting the program. Afterward, a group theory session is scheduled to explain the concepts contributing to weight loss. Daily progress is monitored by teachers via update sessions through whatsapp or zoom.
