  • The studio address will be shared if you opt for an offline class.
  • Class attendance for FItness Yoga / Hatha Yoga is a must for Weightloss Yoga, Lifestyle Yoga, Therapy Yoga & PreNatal Yoga.
  • First-time students must mark attendance to 4 theory sessions included with Weightloss Yoga, Lifestyle Yoga, Therapy Yoga & PreNatal Yoga classes.
  • If you want to continue the program, get in touch with the senior teachers.
  • Weight loss can vary from person to person. While we recommend you share experiences with fellow/new students, we advise against comparison. Each is own as no two body types are the same.
  • For Therapy, Lifestyle, Weightloss, Prenatal Program, a more hands-on self-observation method is needed from the practitioner.
  • All classes are conducted in English. Most teachers can guide in Hindi if needed. If you specifically need Hindi, pls mention it on the registration form.

Class Etiquette:

  • Join the class 5 mins before the time. It’ll help you settle.
  • We understand this might be your first time doing yoga; pls follow the class. You may ask your questions after the class is over.
  • You must attend the update session daily at the time allotted to you. This may take 5-15 mins.
  • An update must include sleep, food, water intake, exercise/ breathing routine, and any significant changes you observe.
  • The schedule for the day will be discussed during the update session. Please follow it through thoroughly.
  • On the days of the theory session, pls make yourself available at the time allotted to you by TYS team.
  • Daily progress is monitored closely.
  • You may contact D sir anytime during the day between 6am-10pm IST. If he is occupied on another call, drop him a message on Whatsapp, he will revert to you at the earliest.
